Welcome to Vibepeekr. By accessing or using our platform at vibepeekr.com (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). Please read them carefully. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our Service.

By creating an account or using the Service in any way, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, that you have read and understood these Terms, and that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The most current version will always be available on this page. Continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

Description of Service

Vibepeekr is a referral platform that allows users (“Referrers”) to post job openings, share genuine workplace insights, and refer candidates they personally vouch for. Candidates (“Applicants”) can browse these listings, view company culture information, and apply through the platform.

We do not act as an employment agency. We do not guarantee that any referral will result in employment, and we are not a party to any employment relationship between Referrers, Applicants, or companies.

User Accounts

To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when registering.
  • You may not impersonate another person or use another person's account.
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use at s.vibepeekr@gmail.com.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Post false, misleading, or fraudulent listings or vibe check reviews.
  • Harass, defame, or discriminate against any individual or group.
  • Use the Service to spam or send unsolicited commercial communications.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service.
  • Scrape or systematically extract data without prior written consent.
  • Use the Service to violate any applicable law.

User-Generated Content

You retain ownership of content you submit. By submitting, you grant Vibepeekr a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, display, and distribute that content solely for operating and improving the Service.

You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of content you post. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms.

Intellectual Property

The Service and all its original content — including the Vibepeekr name, logo, design, and software — are the exclusive property of Vibepeekr and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part without our express written permission.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “AS IS” without warranties of any kind. We make no representations about the accuracy or reliability of user-submitted content. Any reliance you place on such content is strictly at your own risk.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vibepeekr shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time. To close your account, contact s.vibepeekr@gmail.com. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — including IP, disclaimers, and liability limits — shall do so.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the European Union and the jurisdiction in which Vibepeekr is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles.
